Today was a great day! Students from different grade levels were partnered up to share their own family traditions with each other. Such an awesome way to celebrate our different cultures, families, and diverse community!

LP celebrated by inviting Eastridge AVID seniors to read 'What the Road Said' by Cleo Wade to students and then visited 5th grade classrooms to answer questions about middle school and high school. Today is not only the first day of February, it is also World Read Aloud day! Special thanks to Mrs. Costello and Ms. Young for organizing an opportunity for our AVID seniors from Eastridge to come read to each class. They also spent time talking to 5th graders about high school!
