Schedule Your Child’s Back-to-School Immunizations TODAY!
It is time to call your healthcare provider and schedule an appointment so your child will have all of the immunizations required to attend school in September. If you have questions about the vaccines your child needs, please discuss them with your healthcare provider or visit the CDC website: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/parents/index.html

If you do not have a healthcare provider or lack insurance, please schedule an appointment at the Department of Public Health’s Immunization Clinic.

WHEN: Appointments are available throughout the year, with additional slots opening on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning August 13, 2024, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
