East Irondequoit Board of Education appointed Dan Roser as the new Eastridge High School Assistant Principal on July 2, 2024. Roser brings a wealth of experience as a teacher at Eastridge and a passion for education to his new role.
Roser holds a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in education and a master’s degree in special education from St. John Fisher College. Additionally, he has earned an administrative certificate from SUNY Stonybrook.
“My passion for education started when I was in high school. So many different teachers, coaches, counselors, and administrators were influential in helping me become a better person, student, and athlete. The impact they made on me during my high school years helped to shape my future. I hope to be a positive influence for our students in the same way those people were for me,” said Roser.
Roser has been a dedicated teacher at Eastridge High School for the past 14 years and is excited to join the administrative team. “I have a ton of pride in the school, having worked here as a teacher for the last 14 years. Eastridge has a great faculty and staff that already works well together as a team. I will be working diligently to help enhance the teamwork approach in our building and make Eastridge an incredible working and learning environment,” he added.
Dan Roser will be joining the Eastridge administrative team alongside Principal John Gammon and Assistant Principals Redia Bridges and Tim Baker
