Durand-Eastman Intermediate -

As a follow-up to the evacuation of Durand Eastman School due to a neighborhood gas leak, RG&E gave an all clear for Durand Eastman staff to collect their belongings and students have begun the dismissal process from Eastridge High School.  We expect a return to normal operations tomorrow.   We are grateful to Durand Eastman staff and students for carrying out the evacuation plan in a calm and orderly manner, and to Eastridge High School for graciously hosting students and staff in their auditorium.    Today is a reminder of the importance of practicing our safety drills regularly.
