Device Pick Up Dates

Before picking up your student(s) device:

Step 1: Complete Device Protection Plan online. Every 3-12 grade student must have a completed Device Protection Plan (DPP) agreement on file to be able to take a device home (indicating enrolling or declining the DPP coverage). This form must be completed online through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you do not have access to a computer or mobile device to complete the online form, the district will have devices available for you to use at device handouts.
Step 2: If enrolling in the Device Protection Plan coverage, pay the $25 non-refundable fee (family maximum of $50). The district encourages families to pay online with credit card, debit card or check through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal.

Grades 9-12 (Laptops) Pick up device at Eastridge HS (2350 East Ridge Road):
