Project Funding
The project will be partially funded by $10,545,000 (26.4%) from the Capital Reserve Fund. The explicit purpose of the capital reserve fund is to complete capital project work such as this and it cannot be used to pay for other things. The remaining $29,355,000 (73.6%) will be funded through state aid, resulting in NO TAX INCREASE for residents.
